Pacifica Senior Living, Santa Rosa - Current Project

The Project involves construction of a two-story building with residential units and amenities for assisted living and memory care. The first and second floor will feature studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom assisted living units and common areas such as dining rooms, activity rooms, and lounges. Memory care units will be in a secure wing on the first floor, with a dedicated lounge and activity area. The grounds will be developed with a parking lot, outdoor courtyards, and extensive landscaping with a nature path.

Upon completion, the Project will offer housing with assisted living and memory care services. Residents will receive shelter, meals, housekeeping, activities, health services, supervision, and specialized care in a secure environment.
