Curio by Hilton at Grover Beach - Current Project, Exemplar Approved

The Project is a boutique lifestyle hotel with approximately 144 guest rooms in three buildings, as well as meeting space, restaurant, pool deck, view deck, and direct access to Pismo State Beach. It is being developed by Pacifica in coordination with the State of California Department of Parks and Recreation and the Grover Beach Improvement Agency of the City of Grover Beach. The Project will be the first upscale beachfront hotel in Grover Beach and will bring needed amenities to an area rich in tourist attractions.

Construction is scheduled to begin by December 2018 and to be completed by Fall 2020. The hotel will open after obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy in 2020. It is expected to stabilize by the fourth year of operations.
